TVS Apache RTR 200 FI E100 Launched In India At Price ₹ 1.2 Lakh

TVS Motor comapany launched its first ethanol powered version bike in india Apache RTR 200 at RS 1.2 lakhs. Initially it is launched in states Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka.
The TVS Apache RTR 200 Ethanol gets an E100 200 cc single-cylinder engine. Company claims that top speed of this bike is 129 kmph. The ethanol powered Apache gets electronic fuel injection with twin-spray-twin-port system that ensures better power delivery while burning cleaner and emitting up to 50 per cent less Benzene and Butadiene gases.Using Ethanol as a fuel reduces the emission of Carbon Monoxide by up to 30 per cent.
Ethanol which is manufactured from plant residue such as sugarcane molasses and sorghum and is significantly cleaner than fossil fuels.There is also a reduction in nitrogen oxide, particulate matter, carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide.
